I had a terrible experience with this company. They first diagnosed my water heater as needing a fan motor and gave me a price. After replacing the fan, they then said the circuit board also needed to be replaced and quoted me again — something that should have been identified during the initial diagnosis. The parts pricing they quoted was astronomically high compared to OEM pricing I confirmed directly with the manufacturer. Jerry did an excellent job. I provided the new faucet. I have a membership. Jerry was on site less than an hour. The bill from Benjamin Franklin was over $600.00 for less than one hour of work. That is outrageous, especially for a member. It comes to over $16.25 per minute. Gouging the elderly/customer.
