Was honest about the work that was needed, did the work in a timely manner and explained everything in detail.
David was amazing
$9,000 for a 50 gallon hot water tank. One employee installed it. So I paid $2000 for tank $7,000 for labor equals $1,000 per hour labor cost. Price gauging at its finest. Spoke to manager he could not justify cost then he referred me to general manager who never called me back. It’s been three weeks. Go anywhere else you will not pay more than $5000. I hope I can save at least one customer from going with this company. Very unethical.
My faucet repair was a good experience. The assessment, statement of work, and execution of repair were excellent. The Service Technician Jerry was knowledgeable, professional, and kept me in the loop as the repair progressed. He discussed the repair and gave options to resolve the drywall repair in addition to the repair inside and outside of my home.
Jerry was fantastic and fixed our plumbing issues professionally while trying to save us money. Would highly recommend Jerry!
