My 6 yr old tankless hot water was defective. The manufacturer tried to blame everyone from the plumbers who installed it to my dogs. In the end, the manufacturer replaced it. I explained my situation to 3 different plumbing companies. Neil at BF was the only one who offered a major discount. He is customer-oriented, flexible, and cares more about helping customers than one-time profits.

Original Appointment with Victor was great. It has been nothing but downhill since. The scheduling, communication, and the service requested that was not provided have completely changed my view of this company.

Poor communication skills and lack of professionalism it seem that they failed to teach that I guess college is no longer a factor when you are a manager spoke with the manager Leah Ranalli lacked professionalism and communication even calling in the dispatchers failed to communicate what was going on and why everything was being so delayed I looked back at the past 6 months and they are all relating to this same person who apparently told me the same excuse for lack of compunction that she told someone else would not sugges... read more

Beware the good better best book deal is nothing more than a sales tactic aimed to convince people to pay more for items that aren't truly different from the lowest option. Look for a plumber that can give you a solid price or hourly rate. I want a technician/tradesman that didn't watch youtube to work on my issues and not a salesman. Go con someone else like your own family... bet you wouldn't allow that to happen now would you?
