I woke up this morning to a leaking hot water heater and water all over. I called Benjamin Franklin and they sent someone within an hour. Unbelievable!! Lukas determined that my 23 year old heater needed to be replaced and did a wonderful job. He explained everything and got everything working perfectly within a few hours. Very professional.
