My wife and I were in need of an urgent repair and CJ came to fix a leaking pipe. He was professional, helpful, honest, and did great work. He did a good job communicating what the issue was and was helpful with making a decision. We both left the experience feeling he did good work and did everything he could to make sure we were happy with the outcome. No complaints only compliments. We have saved his card and will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin for future repairs.
They came in a reasonable time and we're very open about the process. I have had several other companies do nothing but collect a fee, and not solve the problem. I feel good about what I have received today with this company.
