I had an ac unit installed by Kyle and Harley, couldent hope for better technicians, very polite very knowledgeable and relentless in solving every problem they came across. They are a credit to this company.
This company has been my trusted service provider for over 10 years, and it truly saddens me to write this. All of the people I've dealt with have been wonderful, but this outfit did not honor their warranty. A little more than 7 years ago, I purchased a water heater with a 10 year warranty. This was a $550 upgrade. I was told today that the warranty covers "parts and labor", but not THE only part I care about, the tank! So I payed a $119 diagnostic fee and another $213 repair.
