Their web site shows they service Strongsville yet when I tried to schedule them for leak detection service, I was told I was not in their service area. I guess they just did not want to perform a difficult task. Very false advertising and they should change their ad.

Having used them once and my parents once, We can both tell you we would never call them for anything. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Last year my elderly neighbor and I had our backwater valves replaced in our basements. Our contract indicated a free one year maintenance and so we tried calling for six plus mos and no response. Left vm for manager and nothing. The service done was great the fact they don’t want to honor our contract and no response isn’t.

👎NO STARS!!!👎 I will never recommend this company. I had a tankless water heater installed March 2020. After a few days my basement smelled weird so I called and asked them to come out because it might be gas. IF YOU THINK THIS, CALL 911! I was assured it was the system, it's new so it's going to give off some oder, HE WAS WRONG! I have been suffering headaches for the past year because this company CREATED A GAS LEAK IN MY BASEMENT! After snaking a drain, BF suggested rerouting the drain pipes and putting in bigger pipes at a better angle. BF promised it would fix the issue “forever”. Six months later, the drain clogged, pipes came undone at a coupling that BF put in. Everything backed up everywhere. I called 6 times over the course of 5 days - zero response. You actually can’t even talk to anyone at the company as they use an answering service.
