I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing yesterday and spoke with Monica. She is probably one of the kindest CSRs I have ever encountered. She even asked me “How can I make you smile today?” WOW! My technician was Jeff (they even sent me a picture of him) and he was great about explaining everything and made sure I understood what was to be done! Tristan was very knowledgeable and quickly understood what I needed to have done on the 1947 home we are renovating. He made some suggestions which greatly improved what I was trying to accomplish. Tristan completed the work quickly and did an excellent job. I highly recommend the service and Tristen. They will be doing my next phase of plumbing on the new bathroom addition.
