James arrived even sooner than expected. We had called with an emergency situation. He promptly fixed it. He was pleasant and professional. We'd gladly recommend Ben Franklin to friends and neighbors. Mike did a thorough job on a cranky, old toilet and sink. He was pleasant and professional, going above and beyond to answer questions and offer suggestions. We're very impressed with all the Representatives of this company and recently had the opportunity to recommend them to a neighbor.
The team arrived on time. They were all most efficient, polite, considerate, knowledgeable and friendly. They are installing 4 mini units. The 2 units upstairs are working fine. The two units downstairs should be running today. The team is most efficient and they leave the job sight picked up and clean.. Great job.
