BAD and a rip off Solved a leak for 2,800 and caused more damage over 5k and the manager asks if i want to finance it. When you do not inform customers about the potential impact it can have then you are not doing a good job. Capped a pipe on one end and forgot I had a washer on the other so now I have a 5k quote to add a new line. NOT GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible horrible ripoffs, money hungry no good scamming plumbing. I paid them 15k and they did NOT work with my insurance company. I ended up paying out of pocket. That’s not the worst part. My problem pipe was not repaired properly!!!!!!! I paid a whole different plumbing service to complete the job PROPERLY. Benjamin Franklin the punctual plumber is all about the dollars and Zero percent about plumbing. Stay away from them, get a real plumber. Also they hire felons so watch your stuff if you do waste your money on them.
