One of the worst companies in general. Pride themselves on supporting veterans only to feel taken advantage of. Spent thousands of dollars on new plumbing and a water heater only to find poor quality of work and after installed, was told they do not service the area and can't help. I absolutely do not recommend. If veteran operated and owned, they didn't learn the same core values I learned in the Marine Corps.

I had a service plan that checked my furnace once a year and my air-conditioning once a year. Last spring when they were her for service, I was offered a $19.95 Water Heater flush. I suggested dumping the water out the window. He said the tub would be fine. A day or so later, I filled the tub for a bath. When I tried to empty the bath, the stopper would not work. I never actually had any plumbing service done; however, I talked to three different individuals who gave me widely varying prices. The first one told me there would be a basic service charge of $89. The second one told me the service charge would be $129.00. After I told this individual I thought I would seek another company -- she told me that they would not charge me any service fee.
