Multiple communications, only to find out they don't even know the service we booked for, and have a MILLION excuses. RUN--
BEWARE: THEY WILL CANCEL ON YOU! We cannot use our toilet and it's a Sunday. BIG EMERGENCY! We do not have two bathrooms. We booked an appointment and even got a message saying the tech was on the way today on Monday...to which I can only assume this technician decided because we live in Fraser and not Clinton Twp (these cities touch corners and we got the referral from our friend who lives down the street a mile) that they could cancel our appointment. The plumber looked at my faucet and determined it needed to be replaced. I had another person look at it. They found it was missing a 25 cent nut on the hot water handle. Fixed for 25 cents plus the $90 for the useless information from Benjamin plumbing.
I had a leak under my kitchen sink to the basement. They gave me 2 estimates - one for $1,000 to replace the pipe where it is and reroute it through the floor, and another quote for $1,600 to repair it where it is in the wall, charging me to remove and replace my dishwasher. Both quotes, to repair a measly 4" DWV PVC drain line, were unacceptable to say the least. I don't appreciate the company thinking that they can take scam me because I'm a woman.
