Their website claims they have advanced equipment to detect leaks, but as it turns out, they don’t do that anymore. I explained my issue to an answering service, then a scheduler, and about a week later when the actual plumber arrived for the appointment. I was able to isolate the leak as between the main and the house shutoff valve since the meter leak detector was spinning even after the water to the house was shutoff. we need our sewer line cleaned since monday and i’ve called like 10 times, they just keep telling me the same thing every time. i don’t recommend using there service.
