I use Benjamin Franklin today for the first time and they were excellent. It was very easy to make an appointment. The technician was on time and he did a great job and I got to use their end of the year discount so it was a free visit and I got money off my service. He also was kind enough to give me the name of a contractor for future work.
Josh Reyes was on-time, courteous, and professional. He was here to do annual maintenance on my water heater and completed the task in a timely manner.
We had an unexpected water leak and Curtis came at the set time which was late in the day. He took care of our problem and was very professional.
