Jason was really great. Broke down what was going on with our plumbing in ways that I understood. Was not pushy about what may be needed based on his findings. Very professional and helpful. We have called Ben Franklin for our needs a few times now and are always pleased with their expertise, experience, and the service we receive.
The response time was quick! They were able to send someone out the next day. Myles and his partner did a great job. They were able to quickly identify the issue and provided multiple repair options/quotes. They were able to explain each option throughly and the benefits of each one. I appreciated the transparency.
Clayton did an amazing job! He was professional, punctual, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it with great attention to detail. Friendly and knowledgeable, he made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend Clayton for any plumbing needs—excellent service all around!
Update 3/21 - still awaiting my refund…. Update** - Got a call from Mike a service manager. He listened to the situation and was quick to acknowledge that an error was made and that the situation was not properly handled. We reached a resolution that included a refund but more importantly restored my perspective on the company. UPDATE: I had my usual plumber come out to clear my kitchen sink blockage and they charged me $250 which is way lower than the $416 that this company was trying to charge me for the same exact services. DETAILED REVIEW: Made the mistake of trying a new plumbing service rather than sticking to my usual one. I had called this company for a kitchen drain blockage and was told they were running a $79 special for drain services.
