Beware- it turns out that these pipes if not tightened, painted and treated correctly when first installed by a confusing mix of builder and supplier can fail to seal. Thus a call to a plumber is required. Ben Franklin team came highly recommended and Mike explained exactly what i was paying for and why. The work is warrantied and i felt i got good service hence this review.

The city had to abandon the old sewer line that ran out in front of my home and under the street to the alley 250' to the alley behind my neighbors due to it being clay and outdated and kept clogging and collapsed. After a line was tapped into the manhole behind my house and routed under my home I scheduled these guys to cut and tie the sewer line under my house to the new one just put in. They sent a guy out and the bid to do it was $1400 dollars ! They had four and a half foot head clearance and did nothing but make a mess... read more
