HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had an emergency situation where our gas had to be cut off due to our water heater. After some research we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to see what they could offer and right away we were respectfully greeted and helped. Lance and Ben arrived SAME DAY; they were very respectful (even wore the boot covers on their shoes), they very clearly informed us on costs and potential costs of what needed to be done then they immediately got to work.

While the plumber completed the work, the final bill was completely unreasonable. I was charged $500 for a standard threaded hose bib replacement, which is nearly double the average local rate for this exact service. I feel taken advantage of and cannot recommend this company due to their unfair pricing practices.
