Called last Thursday and was supposed to have someone out on Friday between 11-2. Got a call at 4:45 saying they were available to come by. Sadly that didn’t work for me so they said they could come Saturday between 11-2. Saturday came and went with no call or anything. They wasted two days of time without following up.

I called for the gas line inspection service. There is not issue with my gas line but I asked them for a general checkup. They said they waived the dispatch fee of $29. Today after the inspection which lasted for 20mins they asked me to pay an inspection fee of $197. Honestly, inspection was just walking around the house since this is a new built no issues were found. Several years ago Benjamin Franklin came to assess and repair a simple problem. My downstairs shower smelled like mold for a couple days after someone used it, until the water causing the smell evaporated. 2 technicians came and supposedly did a bunch of diagnostic work before telling me that it would cost literally almost SEVEN THOUSAND dollars to fix and very messy and destructive labor!
