The guy came out to do an inspection.looked around flushed the toilets twice and ran some water and quoted us 31 grand and told us we needed the whole house redone.He didn't look under the house he didn't scope any lines.all we were looking for was to have the drainage looked at.we were very shocked at how with a five minute inspection he could quote us for 31 thousand.if anyone is thinking of using Benjamin Franklin plumbing id try other companies first because these guys are outrageous.
