Water Heater replacement in my attic in Flower Mound. Installers pushed up my roof vent cap and stuck me with leaking roof and $250 bill from roofing company to go on my roof and push the cap down. I called BF and they didn't care, i won't work with them again.

When we had a plumbing emergency that forced us to shut water off to the house on a Saturday night, we called 20+ so-called 24/7 emergency plumbing companies. Benjamin Franklin was the only one that responded and came out same night. I'd use them again for any plumbing project.
My water heater thermostat broke and I called Benjamin Franklin for a technician to fix it. They were responsive and quick to show up, but unfortunately they sent a "technician" that was more interested in pushing the sale of a new water heater than repairing mine. They also charge you a visit fee regardless, so thanks for taking my 80 bucks and not helping me at all. Their repair and new heater quotes were way off of market.
