Always do your research before: Benjamin Fogel is extremely rude and unprofessional. He called me and did not bother introducing himself. He asked about my case and then just hung up.
He had no sympathy for my mother’s death, spoke to him at least 5 times on the phone and everytime we spoke, he never remember me, I had to explain the case again and again. And also he asked for $3,000.00 at front to check my Mom’s medical records, according to him the $3,000.00 was for the doctor to inspect the medical records, who charges $1,000.00 per hour!!!! Really?. And he did Not guarantee if we had a case or not. PS. This lawyer was referred to me by “The Defensores”...Don't believe everrthing you hear on TV.
