I have an issue with staff answering the phone. I was told three different times within a week that medication would be called into the pharmacy and the pharmacy never got the order. Now I have out of my medication for almost a week. The woman I spoke with twice would not listen and would talk over me aND on the last call she actual hung up on me while I was going to ask a question. I like both doctors that I am seeing but I can't deal with the staff in the Edison office. I am seriously considering switching doctors.
