Dr. Nulsen knowingly saw me for an appointment he could not treat. I had confirmed the referral in advance, yet upon arrival he said I was at the wrong location—something he admitted he already knew. No evaluation or treatment was provided, and I was told I wouldn’t be billed. I was still charged, and my dispute was denied. This caused delays in care, lost work time, and unnecessary stress. Extremely unprofessional. Do not see this doctor.

I had my third colonoscopy in late December, and it was by far my worst experience. I only saw the doctor for a few seconds to sign paperwork and never saw him again. He did not check on me after the procedure to explain the results or what to expect. Within hours, I developed severe abdominal pain, and two days later, I was vomiting. When I called for help, the staff simply told me to go to the ER rather than offering clinical guidance. I have since suffered from rectal bleeding due to severe constipation.
