Ben was absolutely the worst experience for my family. He had no moral obligation to the family members. He would not even attempt to get the executor to do the right thing. All the family knows is that their mother is dead, and the executor moved to another state with no contact, and never accounted for the probate. I would NOT recommend this attorney to ANYONE.
