Ben was great. Very professional and explained everything in a way I could understand. Cleaned up and was right on time.
Ben was very helpful in replacing my main circuit breaker in my exterior breaker panel box. He was very knowledgeable & friendly. I highly recommend utilizing his services in the future if you are in need of electrical related repairs.
Called earlier this week and scheduled an appointment for today. Appointment time came and went and he was a no show. He had provided his cell number so I texted asking if he had trouble finding the address and his response was simply “I’m not going to make it”. This bothered me, so I called, he said he was tied up on another job - sorry, but he could do something next week. I understand things come up, but I arranged my schedule days in advance for no heads up that there was a conflict. Not very professional.
Every time I call it rings once and then goes to voicemail...
