Just closed on our second home. We had a great experience with Benji and his team.
Benji. Gets. It. Done. 🤩 I will recommend Only 1 Benji and his team again and again. Benji is creative, hardworking, smart, communicative, and he just gets it done. One example is, I did not agree with the appraisal on my home, Benji was able to get my appraisal reevaluated by noticing that the homes nearby may have been within the suggested range, but one closed higher than what the listing was so he had it updated to increase the value of my home’s appraisal. Benji is the man, go to Benji.
My experience with this company has been nothing but wonderful. Being a first time home buyer in November of 2023, Garrett still to this day (September 2024) answers all of my calls and answers every question I have. No kidding this guy has saved me from many melt downs worried something is wrong, off, or any worry about being scammed. Garrett has been a real blessing to this amazing experience my family and I are going through.
