Owning and promoting a business is all about public image. I haven't used this company but pulled up next to one of the vans at a gas station where the radio was blarring horrible expletives, curse words and such. Completely unprofessional. I would never use this company if I needed the services.

We called Benjamin Drew to take a look at our plumbing because we were having drain fly issues and they work on all the homes in our new development. The man they sent out was unprofessional. He was looking around our house at the renovation we were doing and looking at a light we were installing and things that had no relation to the issue we were trying to have him look at.
