Went through an extensive review of possible symptons of Parkinsons. Vert educational.
Dr. Dorfman is always very pleasant and thorough. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and include me in the decisions made for my care. I also like how well he explains the what and why of treatment options.
The front desk staff was very professional & welcoming. However, the doctor Benjamin Dorfman, is very rude and unprofessional. He came into the room, did not introduce himself. He was not making eye contact with either the patient or with the family. He was too busy typing notes as he was talking to us. He was not connecting with either the patient or the family. Dr. Dorfman has got to be the best motion specialist in the northeast. He's sharp, he's decisive, and he never wastes anyone's time. That said, he's very generous with his own time; he's not one of those physicians who says hello, then starts backing out the door. He's there until all your questions are answered.
