Prisma is all about appointments but their rules constraints great doctors from getting things done. Driving an hour, waiting long time and told they must refer me elsewhere is frustrating. In the end things get done. You won't feel valued in the process.
Ben Williamson and the entire staff seem interested in making sure I'm taken care of in a timely manner. They are thorough and listen to me when I describe symptoms or if have any questions. The care provided is consistent and thoughtful. I highly recommend Prisma Family Practice in Seneca.
