Benjamin construction was the contractor for our 6 month bathroom and kitchen renovation project in a condo in Boston. Their work is excellent - everything they or their subcontractors did is top quality. We had a dedicated lead carpenter on site every day. The project manager, who came to the site at least once a week to consult with us or with the Benjamin team, provided written weekly status reports - what was done and what's up for the following week. We had a wonderful experience with Benjamin Construction. They are great communicators, and always quick to respond to questions. They re-finished our large basement after complex plumbing issues from previous poorly done DIY work (by previous owners) left us unable to use the space. They also helped us with several other smaller projects around the house. I have full confidence in Matt and his team, and our project turned out great!
