It was a HORRIBLE experience .. I never went to him for bariatric surgery. I went to him for hernia surgery, and he was so set on selling me bariatric surgery which I did not need….And left other Dr’s wondering WHY he was insistent on un e estatus bariayric surgery instead of recommending another Dr in town( that could handle the hernia surgery) since it was obvious he could not handle large hernias. I can’t express enough about how grateful I am for the care I receive from Dr. Clapp and his Team. It’s been 13 years since my Bariatric surgery and they have been just as caring and supportive to me as they were when I first had surgery. The Team is so efficient and though always busy, I have always been treated with a smile and never made to feel as if I’m just a number or unimportant. Absolutely amazing doctor! I had bariatric surgery in Mexico and started experiencing complications. I got Bypass on 7/16/24 and I am down 140 lbs, feeling healthier and better than I have in a long time. I have to say Dr Clapp is amazing, so kind and knowledgeable. I had a small complication and he took me in right away and fixed me right up. I would recommend Dr Clapp to anyone wanting to change their life.
