Years ago Dr Chang did my Lasik surgery. He was great back in the day Today I went back to him for a yearly eye exam and to see if I could do a touch up w Lasik. He said I wasn’t able to because I have cataracts But I needed to get glasses. His attitude was horrible. He was dis interested and basically sat back handed me a piece of paper ( was not a script as it should have been ) with I’m not sure what was on it.
