They are the worst account managers of all time when it comes to snow removal. Every building is a slip and fall waiting to happen. I’ve done snow removal for years and trust me, it’s the worst account management I’ve ever seen. If one of my accounts even remotely resembled what these apartments every single snow storm I’d be fired on the spot. Ever hear of plowing and shoveling all the snow and thennnnn using salt? My middle aged father is going to hurt himself one of these days, it’s always a sheet of ice.

Horrible lack of respect for their tenants.... they will talk to you like you’re a child even when they are in the wrong. Unapologetic, passive aggressive leadership stems all the way down the line. Renters beware.
