I would NEVER recommend Ben Brown for any of your insurance needs. We have been working with him since June for our new homeowners insurance. Since July, he has completely ghosted us, not returning phone calls, texts, or emails. And to top it off, today I received a letter saying my “quote” did not bind coverage. Clearly, the payment information that I gave to him in July was never processed. So today we discover we have been uninsured for 2 months. Don’t make the same mistake I did by trusting Ben.
