Kaden was very courteous and respectful of my home and property. He clearly explained everything he was checking and kept me updated about any issues with the HVAC system and what might need attention in the future because of its age. He came out to fix my air conditioning during a heat wave and also looked over the furnace since it's connected to the HVAC setup. I highly recommend their heater repair service. Giovanni quickly got back to me after my first call and arrived early the next morning to check out the problem. He was careful and considerate about health and safety. We needed a new heater, and Giovanni clearly explained all our choices so we could pick what worked best for us. I can’t say enough good things about Benjamin Brothers HVAC LLC! Our heater stopped working, and it was almost impossible to get anyone to return our calls or come out for repairs. The only other technician who showed up from the company we’d used before charged us a high fee just to say there might be a problem with the heat exchanger, and suggested a costly temporary fix with no guarantee it would last. when my furnace stopped working, i called for help and was really happy with the service i got. everyone i spoke with was polite, professional, and seemed to really care about fixing the problem. antonio and his team worked fast and had my old furnace checked right away. even though the old furnace couldn’t be fixed, they installed a new one for me in less than a day. now my house is warm again, and i feel like they really saved the day for my family.
