My experience with Dr. Pollock was unfortunately quite disappointing. As a patient, I expected a high level of communication, attentiveness, and follow-through, particularly when dealing with a neurological concern. During my appointment, I did not feel that my concerns were given adequate attention or that I had sufficient opportunity to discuss them. He is a great Dr, makes you feel comfortable and very talkative. He eases your nerves and is just a friendly guy you visit. He understands and is very knowledgeable so you feel comfortable asking any questions you have.
