Husband had cancer of the stomach, referred by GI doctor. He did a fantastic job. Very informative, told us what he was going to do, and what to expect afterwards. We go to a lot of doctors but Dr Bowers goes above and beyond for patients.
Wife has been going for years. Great doctor, great staff. All decisions are yours, they give you the facts. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always friendly and helpful. Office entrance on 6th floor, building entrance is in the West parking garage of the Arlington Memorial hospital. Free parking, no games.
I had surgery at USMD that Dr Bowers performed. The surgery went as planned with no complications. The recovery went well and I was out of the hospital less than 4 hours after checking in. My follow up visit was two weeks later and all went well with that. Dr Bowers removed a growth on my neck and said that tests showed no problems with it. Very happy with the surgery, with Dr Bowers and all of his staff. I would definitely recommend him based on my experience.
