The office staff was the most unfriendly I’ve ever encountered. After not being able to speak with anyone after my elderly mother was told she would need infusions for her RA, they took 3 weeks to get back with us. Even after calling every other day, no return call. Many messages left for staff.finally a return call. The nurse that came to take her to her infusion was the most rude professional I’ve met.
