I have been using this allergist for 9 months. I had to take a late appointment today. I didn’t know it was their last appointment and I was never instructed on any policy regarding their last. I literally arrived 3 minutes late and they refused to see me. I had all good experiences Till now but I can’t get child care and have been having trouble managing my own health needs. I can’t abide this kind of inflexibility especially during pandemic. I hope I can transfer away immediately.
