We came to see Dr Berenfeld for trigger finger pain first time a few years back and had to return a few months after because the shot did not help. There was another Doctor that saw us who did a great job and we didnt return for two years. Recently the pain returned and we came back to Dr Berenfeld. The doctor mentioned surgery as being the best solution (even at the first visit years ago) but we declined. After declining the surgery, he proceeded to do the shot. Dr. Berenfeld performed trigger finger release surgery on my left hand. From the time the decision was made for me to have surgery everything was taken care of, very efficient, fast recovery, great outcome.
Avoid this doctor as he is horrible, you can be in major pain due and have a tear in wrist or knee and he will say that you are okay, he won’t prescribe needed medication and will wait many months to do so, I transferred to another doctor and was the best decision I ever did. See another doctor and don’t waste your time, 0 stars
