Their lifetime guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on...look elsewhere. They came out to inspect a water issue I was having in my basement (I had a lifetime guarantee that came with the purchase of the home) and he said there was nothing he could do. I had to hire someone else.

They arrived on time and with short notice due to some flooding issues I had after a recent rain storm. They fixed the flood and flood proofed the basement after, and they even cleaned up after themselves. Wonderful service, and priced fairly. Their crew were all polite and hardworking. Extra shout out to Benjamin Basement Waterproofing because they seem to be an equal opportunity employer; one of their lower level workers even had Peronie's but it didn't slow the lil fella down one bit!
