Went in for wellness appointment, which is supposed to be covered 100%. Ended up having to pay a copay because a blood test was needlessly ordered that wasn't covered. Should have been a lipid blood test and a metabolic was ordered instead. I tried contesting it and was turned down. In addition, this doctor never checked me thoroughly like is normally done with a wellness appointment. At another time I went into urgent care and got the same doctor but wasn't helped.
