Dr. Avrunin is a competent provider, however his office staff ruins the entire experience. Will never return to his office. They are outdated, not on an electronic medical record system, so everything is much harder for the patient than it needs to be. Trying to get medication refills - they make you as the patient call the pharmacy to call their office, as they don't fax or call themselves. Has taken over two months to get them to send records to new provider. Always a long wait to be seen.
