Dr. Voss is an outstanding physician. I had the honor of training with him at Washington University and he has always been an amazing clinician who puts his patients first. Amazing person and physician!
Highly recommend Dr Voss. He hears what you say and gives options. He comes in prepared and knows his patients history. His staff is pleasant and makes sure all your info is up to date and her shots do not hurt.
Wish there were 6 or 10 Stars. As the founder & chairman of Telephone Doctor Customer Service Training, I seldom rate companies. However, Dr.Voss, his NP, Jane Eagon are to be rated. And significantly so. An understanding of how to listen and treat 'customers' - 'Patients' what ever you want to call them, is fulfilled throughout their office. Kudos to you all.
