My mom had an appointment with Dr.ferrell back in may when I called to make sure her insurance covered it they had to change the appointment because he had some kind of surgery was rescheduled to July 31st when down there she got told he left early and said they tried calling but had the wrong numbers in the system even though I know I gave them the right number. Dr. Ferrell is one of the kindest and most genuine doctors that I have ever met. So thankful his path let him to Mid State Pulmonary and I could not brag more on his staff. They are so kind.
I have been getting the run around for 8 months this doctor has canceled on me three times and today was a real kicker ( March 21st -2025 ) I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early and the black woman tells me she made my appointment for the 28 flat out called me a liar so I went home and got my appointment card went back to the office and she attempted to apologize, then she tells me my appointment was changed five days after I made it to the 28th , then she said did you get a phone call now why would I show up today... read more
My husband went from being cancer free to being diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer that matstize to stage 4 brain cancer. I wouldn't let him treat my animals.
