We just celebrated our first Christmas in our home thanks to Benj Foreman. His helpful and very practical advice helped us to make this market make sense for us. The variety of resources and loan options helped with tailoring our purchase to just what we needed. Benj took time to help us decide just what we wanted in our home and we were pleasantly surprised with how incredibly smooth the process was. We would highly recommend him!
