We worked with Benj for the past year as we made our move from Ohio to Idaho to be closer to family. Benj was great to work with, always available to answer questions, plan for the houses to look at (both remotely and in person at times). We just celebrated our first Christmas in our home thanks to Benj Foreman. His helpful and very practical advice helped us to make this market make sense for us. The variety of resources and loan options helped with tailoring our purchase to just what we needed.
