Terrible customer service.
I've lived in New England my entire life. I've dined on all kinds of seafood from Maine to Florida and islands. Last night I had the lobster risotto. THE BEST, MOST SUCCULENT, TENDER lobster I have ever had. This dish is outstanding. I would pay $100 for this dish. Atmosphere was ok. Very loud although only half full. Wait staff could've been more attentive. I will definitely go back if Lobster Rissotto is on the menu.

We had a completely enjoyable night at Benito’s. We sat outside on a perfect Saturday night with the Italian Festival going on across the street. We brought friends from out of town and they loved it! The drinks, appetizers, meals and service were all perfect! My husband commented about how nice a hot his chicken parm was, he ate every bite! A great evening was made even better when the owners, decked out in Italian aprons, served complimentary fresh filled cannolis table-side in honor of Leominster Italian/Cannoli festival!... read more
