I have been going to this doctor for colonoscopy for 20 years. Towards the end of lat year I went for an endoscopy (or GERD Biopsy). The initial report given to me on the day of the procedure showed a problem in my stomach. I wanted a follow up appointment with the doctor within the prescribed two to three weeks. The staff (who are obviously under doctors orders) tried their best to push me to see a PA. Could not get a appointment with Dr Benito Pedrasa within 60 days following the procedure. I was informed this doctor ONLY sees patients by telecommunication visits. Decided not o waste my time and scheduled with an office that actually sees patients. REVIEW NOT BASED ON SEEING DOCTOR - ONLY BASED UPON A GASTRO DR. NOT SEEING PATIENTS IN PERSON - FULL STOP
I appreciate Dr. Pedraza’s honesty, compassion and sense of humor. He was wonderful in treating my husband during and after his battle with cancer. In fact, I am so glad we found him. I have recommended him with great confidence to others. Thank you Dr. Pedraza. ??
Dr. Pedraza is awesome! Friendly and direct about my diagnosis and what I needed to do to help heal myself. Too bad he doesn't fix cars.
Dr. Pedraza is THE most amazing Gastro Doc I've been too. I'm a colon cancer stage 3C survivor, who had to change doctors due to insurance reasons. I'm SO thankful to have found Doctor P. I would recommend him to everyone.
I have had 3 Endoscopies and 1 Colonoscopy with Dr. Pedraza. He himself has had Acid Reflux. He has a wonderful bed side manner and does not cut corners. Straight and direct.
