Exelent , Great Service
Oil change job. $600.00 original Quote $500.00 Edit: bill was $655.00 after complaining they lowered to 600 Cat 3406e Baldwin Filters 15-40 conv. Philips 66 oil Had them oil level check diff No-1 No grease No diff check or trans. Got it done within 2 hours. Overall not bad but very expensive and quote is very very off. Secretary is very nice lady.
Helped me out on a Friday with a same day hub/wheel/drum swap on my trailer. These guys stay busy. I watched Romero and his guys, everyone had a task and stayed on it. Parts availability seems to be a problem in Lubbock but you can’t blame the mechanics for that. Another shop in town said they’d start and go to lunch and maybe be done by Monday cause they don’t do tires 🤣 so I brought it to Benitez.
Wish I could give this place NO STARS!!!! He won’t be in business too much longer operating the way he does! 🤬My fiancé and I towed our truck there 9 months ago to have an engine swap, and a few other things done, paid him 5k up front. Been there a few times to check on things and the truck hasn’t been touched yet! This is crazy!! How do you take people’s hard earned money, but not deliver on your end? Needless to say, we had our truck towed immediately from that place, and called our lawyer! WORST MECHANIC SHOP EVER!!
If you are in Lubbock,Texas and need of a semi truck repair this is the place!! This was the owner came out and had me back on the road Thanks for your help and hard work . 5 stars
