Zero of five stars. Lower level management is incompetent and unfair. One in particular is completely aloof and rubs EVERYONE the wrong way, she knows who she is. Less than half the staff has been there 10 years, huge red flag. Don’t waste your time in this wicked place.
Company is totally disorganized and poorly run, signed up got insurance cards then cancelled me for no reason and had no answer as to why
As a newly retired woman, Benistar was able to get myself and my husband the best plan that we could have never imagined with no deductible. It was a quick and easy process, and their Benefit resource center provides all the tools needed to manage my prescription drugs. I would highly recommend!
My grandmother uses the Benistar Retiree Rx Benefit resource center and it makes everything so much easier for her. She is able to easily access her perceptions for her blood pressure and arthritis medication. Makes life way easier for her and that's whats most important in her golden years.
Dealing with Don Trudeau has been an absolute treat. All our dealings with Benistar have been great. A legitimate company to do business or partner with.
