I have been paying my premiums since January. I found out in June that Benistar put the wrong insurance in place for me. I currently cannot get the coverage that I have paid for, for 7 months. They have been aware of the since June 9, and I still don't have my insurance in place. Just pointing fingers and not helping get this resolved. I have tried escalating and just get another person promising to fix this, but nothing is getting done.
The Harm Reduction Center the girls who run it both there names are Lupe they are always there for me whenever I need them I'm so grateful to them both if they weren't there I would've comm committed suicide along time ago I wish I could do more for them. Especially being homeless they gave us a place to be safe,fed us and a place to stay cool. Thank you ladies for always being there for me
Zero of five stars. Lower level management is incompetent and unfair. One in particular is completely aloof and rubs EVERYONE the wrong way, she knows who she is. Less than half the staff has been there 10 years, huge red flag. Don’t waste your time in this wicked place.
Company is totally disorganized and poorly run, signed up got insurance cards then cancelled me for no reason and had no answer as to why
As a newly retired woman, Benistar was able to get myself and my husband the best plan that we could have never imagined with no deductible. It was a quick and easy process, and their Benefit resource center provides all the tools needed to manage my prescription drugs. I would highly recommend!
