I got my installation done in June 2023 and through my 2 year warranty wanted to make sure everything was fine as their were some concerns if it was cooling effectively. Ricardo was very thorough and helpful. He adjusted the vent angles for better airflow and checked the coolant levels, which he shared were at the right levels. He gave some tips to optimize as well. I am happy that Airtopia stayed true and consistent through the warranty period and are there to help their customers.
Love my new mini split heat pump. Ricardo did an excelent job. Definately recommending then to friends and family. Thank you Airtopia
