Arrived at 6 pm never seen until 910 in chair Bradier did 7 braids which turned into be the wrong type before leaving then had to wait until 1010 for another Bradier to start. We didn’t leave until 230 am. requested medium knotless braids originally gave us box braids and she had to redo the braids. We ended up with small knotless and above the shoulder and was charged 220 even though we brought our own hair. Poor communication and unprofessional. Highly dissatisfied

I showed the braider the style I wanted and the finish braids was no were near the picture. I took the braids out as soon as I got home. It was a waste of my time and money.
Beni always does a wonderful job on my hair. I traveled from Baltimore just to have her do it. I love this shop.
